Annually, the Dayton Business Journal recognizes Dayton’s best and brightest Business and Community Leaders that are under 40.
This year, Lindsey Deck of Auman, Mahan and Furry was one of those selected to be a part of this group and was highlighted in the Dayton Business Journal May 19-25 issue.
Lindsey is an Associate with Auman, Mahan & Furry, with a focus in the areas of workers’ compensation, labor and employment, OSHA, and immigration.
In addition to advising clients on a day-to-day basis, Lindsey represents employers in administrative actions before the Ohio Industrial Commission. She also enjoys giving back to the community and is a regular volunteer with the Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers’ Project (GDVLP).
Lindsey is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She is also a member of both the Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association.
Lindsey received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and her law degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
