1^st Annual CSIA Labor-Management Meeting

After a successful meeting in French Lick with some of our area Union Representatives it was decided that a formal Labor-Management Meeting would be of benefit to everyone involved. International Vice President for the Central States Conference, Michael Hickey, took it upon himself to plan a structured forum of union representatives and our contractors so we can work together to resolve issues of mutual concern, improve relations and address problems outside the scope of the collective bargaining agreement. This meeting is not for grievances or individual issues, but rather focuses on broader, systemic concerns.

1. Introductions
2. Concerns of Contractors, successful campaigns/Business adventures
3. Current concerns or successes from Union Management
4. Retention and Recruiting efforts ideas/problems from both sides. Speak on any mutual partnership success on recruitment and marketing.
5. Non-Union Status and Pressures
6. Any Effects or concerns that may be happening with the new administration in DC such as cancelled projects, tariffs, etc
7. JATC, Journey person upgrades and recruiting/marketing
8. Final thoughts on how to improve our partnerships between both sides.
9. Adjournment noon at the latest, shuttle starts departing at noon for the track.
