The speaker for this session is Bob Dunlevey of the Legal Firm of Taft Law. Bob focuses his practice on assisting business owners with employment related issues, including wage-hour compliance, wrongful discharge defense and regulatory compliance, collective bargaining, OSHA, workers' compensation, EEOC and NLRB proceedings and federal and state court litigation.
Bob is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law. He is a member of the American, Ohio State and Dayton Bar Associations and is an active participant on the Labor and Employment Law Committees of each. He has also completed advanced labor studies at the University of Michigan and Michigan State University.

OSHA Developments
Post-Accident Drug Testing, Safety Incentive Programs, Accident Investigations-Do's & Don'ts
Every employer performs accident investigations – many causing unexpected liabilities. Recently OSHA has been demanding that all of the investigative witness statements and consultants’ accident reports be revealed to the OSHA investigators and then they are used as a basis for citing the employer. Employers need to know how to better conduct an accident investigation and limit the release of employee witness statements and consultants’ reports. In addition, Bob will be discussing recent OSHA developments including post-accident drug testing and incentive programs.
